Making rice paper, used to wrap food. This woman was working on two heaters, pouring the liquid onto one, covering it then taking the cooked paper off the other and putting it on a rack to her left. Then pouring the rice slurry onto the heater and repeating with the other one. She never stopped. The big bin holds rice husks that are scopped down the trough to keep the fire going.
