Dried rice paper. Too stiff for use, but they leave it out overnight and it's "softened by the moon". I think it absorbs a bit of water from the humidity and condensation during the night. They make about $25 per day selling the rice paper, but the have to buy the rice powder and the husks. The family survives on this.
